๐Ÿฆด What is pup play?
Pup play involves participants exploring the playful and carefree world of being a pup or a handler. Pups are free to engage in playful, pup-like behaviors, while handlers usually provide guidance and affection.

๐Ÿฆด Is pup play sexual?
Not necessarily! Pup play is often entirely non-sexual, focusing on the joy of playfulness, trust, and connection. However, some pup play relationships incorporate sexual elements, but always with clear communication and consent.

๐Ÿฆด What's the difference between a pup and a handler?

  • Pups: Explore the playful side of being a canine companion. This can involve fetching imaginary toys, seeking affection, or enjoying belly rubs. Pups can choose different personalities, like a cuddle monster, a guard dog, or an energetic explorer.

  • Handlers: Provide structure, guidance, and affection for their pups. They create a safe and playful environment, helping their pups have fun and explore their inner canine.

๐Ÿฆด I've always wondered: Is pup play for everyone or just those kinky types?
Pup play is for anyone who enjoys playful exploration and expressing their inner pup! It's a welcoming space for those who enjoy themes of trust, care, and playful dynamics.

๐Ÿฆด Do I have to be a pup? What if I identify as a bear cub or kitten?
It makes no difference which animal or beast you identify with. Your mind controls your headspace, allowing you to choose between your wild or domesticated alter ego. This community welcomes all animals, including puppies, kittens, cubs, horses, and baby sloths. Though our web magazine is called Pup-World, and we frequently use the term "pup play," please keep in mind that we intend to simplify the message rather than alienate anyone. All are welcome!

๐Ÿฆด Are pups the same as furries?
Some puppies are furries, and vice versa. The lines may be blurred, but the distinction is simply where you fall on the roleplay spectrum. Pet players are more animalistic, while furries are more anthropomorphic. In the end, we all look forward to suppertime!

๐Ÿฆด What are some benefits of pup play?

๐Ÿฆด Do I have to be a perfect, gym-sculpted muscle boy to be a pup?
No way! Pups, pet/animal players, and handlers come in all colors, shapes, and sizes. Critters of every age, gender, sexual identity, race, faith, disability, or planet of origin are welcomed with open arms (and paws)!

๐Ÿฆด What about safety and consent?
